How do I upload my clothes to the app?

You can take picture or upload outfits directly from your phone's gallery, Google Drive, or paste a shopping link. We'll automatically detect and tag your clothing items so they're ready to use.

What are AI outfit recommendations?

AI outfit recommendations are daily style suggestions generated using your wardrobe and, preferences. It's like having a personal stylist that knows everything in your closet.

How do I get started with the app?

Is the app free?

Yes! Pocket Wardrobe is free to use with limited features. You can upgrade to Pro for unlimited wardrobe items, smart search, daily outfit boosts, and more.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime through the App Store or Play Store. After cancellation, your Pro access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

How do I get a refund on my Pro purchase?

We're sorry the experience didn't meet your expectations. We offer a one-time satisfaction refund within 3 days of purchase. Please contact support and we'll guide you through the process.

💬 Support & Troubleshooting

I uploaded something wrong. Can I delete an item?

Yes! Go to your wardrobe, tap on the item, and choose "Delete." You can also edit the item details if needed.

Can I request new features or report bugs?

Definitely. Use the Help Center or contact support to submit feedback, report issues, or request features. We're always listening.

The AI isn't working properly. What should I do?

Try refreshing the app or updating to the latest version. If problems continue, contact support with screenshots or details and we'll fix it ASAP.

👤 Account Management

I signed up but didn't claim my account. What should I do?

If you joined through a shared link or haven't set a password yet, use the "Claim Account" option in the app to verify and secure your wardrobe.

I forgot which email I used. Can I recover my account?

If the app is still installed, go to Settings → Account to check the email. If not, contact us with any info you remember (name, uploaded outfits) and we'll help you recover it.

Can I use the app across multiple devices?

Yes! Just log in using the same email or login method. Your wardrobe and data will sync automatically.

What data do you store?

We store your wardrobe images, outfit history, and preferences to make your experience better. We never sell your data or share it without your consent.

How can I delete my data?

Do you use my photos for anything else?

Nope. Your wardrobe photos are private and only used to power your outfit suggestions. We don't share or reuse them.

Can I download my wardrobe?

This feature is coming soon! You'll soon be able to export your wardrobe as a zip or viewable archive.

How do I stop notifications?

Notifications can be disabled at the device level. Go to your phone's settings → Notifications → Pocket Wardrobe → Turn off notifications.
